4.8V BATTERY CHARGER - 4.8 Battery Charger Circuit for Ni-Cad, Ni-Mh, and Lithium Ion Batteries.  The only charging unit on the market that will charge 4.8V NiCad, NiMH and Lithium Ion battery packs.  The circuit can be modified to charge higher or lower voltage battery packs ranging from 1 cell-1.2V to 1.5VDC batteries to 19.2V to 21.0V 16 cell battery packs.  

The circuit can also be modified to implement a low and high temperature cut-off feature for special applications
